100% agree. There are a lot of visual cues that can easily be revisited to be inclusive. There are verbal and written cues that can be both broadened and more defined. There is deep listening without defensiveness.

Thank you so much for writing this. It is important that the LGBTQ2S+ community feels they are part of the main course, not just a side dish. 🏳️‍🌈🌈❤️✨️
